[HSIS] HacDC visitor at tonight's meeting

Hey HSIS peoples!  Katie from HacDC will be joining us tonight for our HSIS
meeting.
Katie works on the HSIS team for her group back home.

I'm hoping someone can bring me up to speed on the latest HSIS stuff
tonight, I've been out of the loop for a bit.
