[HSIS] HSIS 8/14 Launch - ON HOLD

Hey,

       Current launch status is that we are on hold.  Bill Brown will give
the final word on launching this Saturday by tonight.  He recommends that we
delay the launch for Friday or Sunday of next week.  In the meanwhile, if
possible, please continue preparations for a possible launch this Saturday.

Hi Ethan,

  It's possible that we may have to scrub on Sat and Sun since that tropical
storm is supposed to be in the area on Saturday...I'll let you know Thursday
night my decision....if we have to delay, I recommend that we go for Friday
of next week or Sunday of next week.
