[HSIS] WB8ELK balloon to launch from NSSTC building during Huntsville Hamfest this Saturday

Hello,

       We are repeating our launch again for this Saturday.  Bill has given
the go-ahead for a launch attempt, weather looks good and we are good for
flying with a 600 gram balloon so that we may qualify.  He will later give
us the word on his $100 tracker versus the $40 tracker, he is currently test
flying the latter.  Drill is same as last Saturday.  Good luck to us all
now.
