[HSIS] HSIS funds

Ethan, if you're interested we could likely setup a reimbursement from the
board at a later date.  I can look into that if you want, or we can write it
off, whatever your preference is.

I still have $25 to kick in towards the project.  Just let me know when\who
to send the money too :)
