[HSIS] Flight 6/26

Hello,

      Just gave Bill a call.  He said he is planning to launch a couple
balloons from the NSTC Building this Saturday at 1pm (arrive at 12:30pm to
prepare for launch).  He'll be flying an ozonesonde and a ham radio beacon.
He has room enough for us to fly our camera and cell phone tracker.  So far,
we've been planning to fly the cell phone* to compare it to the ham radio
beacon tracker.

* We may be able to solve the problem of the phone's tracking program
shutting off mid-flight by having an auto-reset on it.
