[HSIS] Hartselle Launch

Hello,

    To prepare for the Hartselle launch and the potential water landing in
Centre, AL's lakes, we will need to add water proofing and water recovery
(e.g. boat, life vests, paddles) to our flight readiness checklist.  Last
night, I developed a full flight readiness list along with our current
status and a pre-flight checklist.  I will post them to the wiki tonight.
