[HSIS] [Makers] Game night and Hamfest

Hello Bill!

     We would like to know for the HSIS 2.0 - High-Altitude Glider Project
if an event-triggered control mechanism can be integrated into your balloon
flight tracker.  We are looking to do this to deploy the above glider at a
specific altitude.  I recall that you saying that you had done such before.
 Would you be able to help us with the particulars of making this work?
 Please let me know.
