[General] Projector fund

For in shop use the new projectors are fine, but for outdoor use it's really
necessary to overcome street lights, etc which is going to take 2000 lumens
or more.  Neither of the new projectors meet this need.  I think the plan is
to continue collecting funds over time till we can afford a 2000+ lumen
projector.
