[General] proposal for space utilization at the shop

At least for the time being the lounge area above the loft is actually not
that bad with a fan up there.  There's no air conditioning anywhere, so
there's not much more we can do about this.  I like the idea of it being up
and away from people working to cut down on distractions from those being
productive.

As far as the library, I'd like to do something like the nun used to have,
but I'm at a loss for what to do and/or how to do it.

Why the need for dedicated electronics prototyping space?  The tables are
very large.
