[General] proposal for space utilization at the shop

Interesting, I hadn't thought much about setting up the oscilloscope in a
permanent place.  What about a two station table with central divider for
working on electronics projects, a place where you can leave a half bit
circuit for say up to a week at a time and having the oscilloscope, variable
power supply, etc on a cart?
