[General] proposal for space utilization at the shop

I'd have to say I agree with Jeff on the dedicated electronics table.
There are umpteen discrete components that you need to keep separated
and we have the trays to keep them in for the most part.  There are
also a good number of electronics related tools such as strippers,
dikes, small pliers, crimpers, etc. and all the different kinds of
wire you might use to connect the parts of a project.  It's basically
its own class of tools and materials just like you would have for
woodworking or metalworking or art.  The electronics tools and
materials just happen to be small enough to be confinable to a single
table/pegboard/set of bins.  I would advocate keeping the table in the
storage room so electronics parts don't get strewn everywhere.
