[General] Laser Cutter Ventilation

Cool,

Industrial safety recommendation; I know you are doing your best to
route to the outside, but in the event the exhaust is going to contact the
interior air of the building, I recommend that a charcoal filter be placed
in the exhaust duct upstream of the exhaust fan to absorb any fumes before
the air exits.

For commercial filters; they can usually go for as low as $25.00 a piece
and require replacement after 3 months of service:
http://tinyurl.com/6npk9yz (Search also 'charcoal air filters').

At the absolute cheapest, you can make your own
charcoal<http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-some-Charcoal/>
and
pack it loosely into a permeable cloth bag and stuff that into the exhaust
duct; akin to a survival water filter.

Looks cool man!
