[General] The Makers Local 256 Tinsel Trail Tree

The Tinsel Trail Tree is setup and in Big Springs Park.  It is located in
the center of the park where the main paths connected.  The lighting
ceremony will be on Friday (November 29th) from 6pm to 8pm.
