[ML-General] 3D Cad New Hotness?

I'm a fan of FreeCAD <http://www.freecadweb.org/> because you can generate
a model and then throw exact numbers at it later. It is a little.. sparse
on documentation though.

Some additional free software missing from this list:

LibreCAD <http://librecad.org/cms/home.html> - 2D CAD kit, I only use it
for viewing things though.
OpenSCAD <http://www.openscad.org/> - A code-based approach to designing
things. One of the shop members, Phil Showers, recently gave a talk on
getting started with this tool. I can't track down the video at the moment,
but it may exist somewhere.
