*Resets Windows Product Activation*. Sysprep can reset Windows Product 
Activation up to three times.  <---- What does this mean in practical 
terms?  Do I have to pay Micro$loth billions of dollars to be able to 
use it on the desktop computer when I may never use the laptop again?
