[General] Electronics Work Center at make shop

I would like to take a moment and thank Tycho for his contribution of an
Electronics Work Center to the Makers Local 256.

The EWC is similar to a 3rd hand tool, in it can be used to hold entire
circuit boards.

If you haven't seen the new EWC at the shop yet, here it what it looks like:
