[General] Tim and Phil gang up to lay down some hard wood

More good news for makers, Tim Heath and Phil Showers are improving the
storage ability at the shop by building additional shelves at maker's local.

Phil and Tim have both donated quite a bit of material to upgrading the
upstairs.

Tim and Phil's happy contributions of niceness know no bounds!
