[HSIS] Balloon Flight Questions

Hello,

Three questions; when would another free piggyback opportunity be
available to us again? Can you give/recommend us a cheap and lightweight
APRS tracker? And what advice do you have for using hydrogen as a lifting
gas (utility and safety wise advice)?
We are looking to have a test flight opportunity to fly our
redesigned payloads to see if we can get it to work this time. Also, we are
interested in using APRS tracking methods. We recall your last
recommendation was the Zigbee 900 MHz module for $40.00. Would you be able
to loan us one? As for the hydrogen lifting gas, we are attempting to
reduce our cost of launch by producing our own hydrogen by electrolysis with
a Hoffman Apparatus. The biggest technical challenges we see is the safety
factor for handling potentially explosive gas, the method by which it would
have to be pressurized into the balloon and the speed of its production.
Please let me know your thoughts.

                 - Ethan
